Eventide introduced the VR615, a mid sized version of the fourth generation VR778 Linux- based digital logger digital voice logging and archiving system.

The introduction of the VR615 provides public safety communications professionals with a full-featured logging and archiving system that is purposebuilt for mission-critical applications in a smaller (2U versus 4U), and more economical platform.

The VR615 provides the optional component of an intuitive front panel Graphical User Interface (GUI) offering complete control of all functions on the VR615, which creates a fully functional stand-alone unit. Front panel features include an easy-to-read, bright 320 x 240 color TFT LCD screen.
